In Mexico, the generic versions of Clonazepam and Alprazolam from Psicofarma look exactly the same. I read older posts regarding these pills and there is no way to visually distinguish between them. Would it be possible to identify which of the 2 benzodiazepines it is based on taste or some other factor?

Here is a link that shows the pill in question: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Unkown.jpg

While the link I posted mentions Clonazepam 2mg, the version for Alprazolam 1mg and 2mg looks identical, what's the best way to identify these pills?

Alprazolam has a very distinct and very strong bitterness (if you chew the pill). I remember it as fondly as the taste of cocaine.

it is tasteless I think, the sweetness is from the pill filler which is stuff like cellulose and dextrose, stuff that makes the pill solid and easily digestible

Hmm but ive had many different brands of generic clonazepam in Canada and they all taste minty as fuck
