Misc How to destroy drugs while leaving pills intact?

I want to render a stash of anti-psychotic (aripiprazole) and SSRI (fluvoxamine) tablets inert. The pills themselves must be left intact. How can I do this? Would putting all the pills on a plate and microwaving them work?

May I ask why? If you don't want to take them there must be another way you can resolve this...
I'm going to leave this thread open as long as it's for the sake of harm reduction but I'm concerned that if there is a way to do this there's no sure way to tell if it worked other than by trying the pills. And there could be some risk involved.
