You may ask why I am so fussed about kratom since i get side effects from it but i find it a lot lesser evil than other things. If i dont get a little buz from somewhere i would start looking around for random rcs and (from past expriecne) being a hypochondriac take them have a mental breakdown crying to my mother on the phone not sleeping for a week worrying if ive done permanent damage to my brain.
With kratom i have a lil dose have a chilled day and go to sleep and feel fresh and chipper the next day!
My issue though is I feel each time I am not quite there and taking more just produces more anxiety and would probably cause unacceptable constipation for me. The 3 grams isnt quite satisfying, sort of like coitus interruptus. Even at 3 grams I get the anxiety and I am just sitting there a bit spun out for maybe an hour or more before it releases me into the relaxation. So Im thinking rather than trying to increase the dose maybe add someother calming herbs to bring out kratomsgentle characteristics to the fore. They are peeking their head but shy about showing me the goods.
I specifically want other very safe and calming substances, not heavy stuff like phenibut or dxm etc. You might say Kanna wouldt be a nice mix but i hate the spacey psychedelic edge kanna has.
I think ill try a decent dose of valerian root at the same time as the kratom next time and delve into the other common herbal relaxants hops etc. Alone they are total junk and unnoteworthy but maybe with kratom they will really shine. Id been taking valerian a little when the anxiety had already struck and only taking small amounts cos i didnt want to have any more negative reactions. but it seems like a safe and common mix from reading aorund online so i think ill go with a dose right at the start.
This little badboy is like a young talent which has alot of potential I just want to make him a star with the right coaxing.
