How to boost your roll

Hey bluelight! So me and my good friend are those kinda rollers that try gettin the most out of their roll trying any technique possible. I know a lot of other rollers try this too, because frankly there's no reason you shouldn't try getting the most out of your roll haha. Anyways I know a few common techniques like taking Tum's 45 min before or dark chocolate an other E-diets but the must be more. Sooo, what I want to do is get everyone to tell me their tips and tricks (with citations just do we have some proof and we don't have any disputes) and once I have them all compile them into one so everyone doesn't have to read through all the comments. So everyone, let's hear em!
 
1)The best thing is to go in there with an excited, positive mindset. Mindset can turn an 'average roll' into a beautiful experience.

2)The second best thing, IMO, is dancing while you're coming up. Dancing seems to keep your body and mind off of the bad and let go of your social fears.

3) Though it's often ill advised, I still promote taking MDMA after eating a healthy meal. The bonuses are that if you're like me, then you'll have energy to keep moving even during a comedown. This is exceptionally good at long-lasting raves.

(Yes I know I can't really tell you how to improve your roll as most of that relies in the purity of the substance, which as a street drug is hard to tell.)

In my opinion many of the "pre-rolling supplements" are not going to make a big difference unless you're interested in poly-drug combinations involving MDMA. Stay healthy, dance and get plenty of food and water.

^ Excellent Advice above from Renz. As it goes, that's exactly how i used to do it in the beginning.
I always tend to eat a pizza 3-4 hours before i drop.

As for the E-diet, trust me, that's as good as it gets. I make a lot of people jealous when i take mdma ;)
 
I always take a hot shower about 30 minutes after popping.. The heat tends to bring it on quicker, just don't stay in there to long. The water feels so goddamn amazing when you start rolling.
 
IMHO the best way to get the best roll / high from your pill = Set / setting!

Have enough time to come up / roll / come down in peace - if your clubbing/raving then great, if your in home setting then make sure the people your with are on the same wave length. I personally would rather drop / get high at home alone in a comfortable setting than popping a pill in an uncomfortable setting.

TIME!!!!!!

The longer you wait in between rolls, the better it will be. Every time. Not only does tolerance drop to almost 0, but your serotonin and other chemicals will build up in that time, only to all be released during your next roll!


Wait it out brother, Alexander Shulgin (creator 2C-B and many other drugs) recommends 3 months
 
^OP never said anything about rolling mutliple times in a row, nor did he mention the last time he rolled. For all we know he's waited more than 3 months.
Please think hard next time you decide to post if what you're saying is truly relevant. Yes, people should wait between their rolls, but that's not the question here at all.
 
Well I never said the OP didn't wait... did I?

That being said, waiting is still the most important thing to have better rolls though. Even if you wait 3 months, waiting 6 months would be much better.

No one said it yet, and there is no reason it shouldn't be said. If not for the OP, than for anyone else who reads this thread.


If you want to make your rolls better, wait. Thats the question, and there is my answer.

If he asked the same question about LSD, marijuana, booze, opiates, or speed he would get the same answer from me...
 
I hear you, and I don't disagree. However, you might as well have told OP to eat all his veggies, excersize regularly, and get his full 8 hrs of sleep. I mean, it's definitely healthy and no one else said it yet and there's no reason it shouldn't be said. See? Just because that advice is good in general dosen't mean it applies at all to the question at hand.

That's all I'm saying. Just think about it please. :)

^ Waiting is definitely going to get you the most of of your roll, so I do think that it is relevant also :)

Although the OP is looking more for techniques such as things to eat, or ways to stretch, etc to make your roll more pronounced.

I'd say the number one thing is being in a good mind set with all your buddies you are with. I have had many times where my roll was ruined or just stopped completely do to uncomfortable situations or friends getting mad or lost in a club/event.
