Makes me sick, dizzy and I throw up when I take it. How can I stop it? Ive tried organic ginger beer, to ofset the nausea but it dosnt work. Why would this be happening?

Nausea is a common side effect of all opiates, including tramadol.

The best way to deal with it is lay down, drink some ginger ale (I know you've already tried that) and eat a light snack when you consume your tramadol.

Also the good old school first-generation antihistamines are useful: promethazine, diphenhydramine.

Cannabis also has an awesome anti-nausea effect

^That.

This is pretty basic stuff so I'll toss it over to basic drug discussion.

Also search around this has been discussed ad nauseum (I'm sorry. I really couldn't stop myself)

Indeed.

To the OP, I would check out the The Ultimate Opiate Potentiation Thread v2.0

A lot of the compounds listed there as potentiators also help out with nausea as well, however, some (alcohol being the worst one) make the nausea work.

There are other options that aren't listed, lorazepam (Ativan) which is a somewhat common benzo in both the U.S. and U.K., has marked anti-nausea properties. However, the usual warnings for combining opiates and benzos applies.

This may be a long shot, but there's a bottle of it sitting next to me so I feel like it should be mentioned, the 5-HT3 antagonist Ondansetron works very well and very fast, but it is probably the hardest to get a hold of.

For your purposes, I recommend a first-generation antihistamine or some good old fashioned cannabis.
