How the hell......?

Let's say one were to acquire a specified amount of powdered substance that was very dose specific (to the milligram). Since eyeballing is out of the question, does anyone out there have any bright ideas on how one could measure out a nice 10 mg dose?? I know about dumping it all in water/vodka, but I'm not 100% sure about the solubility or degradation of the powder in water/alcohol over time.

You will know soulability right away, if it doesn't fully disolve then you need to find an alternative fluid - of course just because you can't see it doesn't mean you have a definite soulable fluid, however, given the small amounts you're working with, as long as the drug is evenly suspended in the fluid you're fine... as for the drug degrading - yeah, it might happen but it should stil exist in one form or another - most all of the r-chems we deal with will stay intact, though you might need to mix it each time ..
Don't be a pussy, just post the name of the drug you have obtained and are wanting to illegally consume .. if it's a "psychedelic drug" then make sure you post to PSYCHEDELIC DRUGS..
