How stimulating is 2ce? Mescaline?

Doubtful. The Benedryl cream works directly on the surface skin cells and is probably formulated to NOT be absorbed, which would be required to get into the brain and affect the actual trip.

One way you could test the waters, even in a medical sort of setting, is to go for a checkup and say that you periodically have problems with congestion. Tell them that you would like to try some sort of OTC decongestant but are afraid to do so due to your heart issues, or tell them that you did try an OTC remedy (make sure you mention one that has pseudoephedrine in it; phenylephrine doesn't really have a similar cardiovascular push in normal doses) and it scared you, and ask for any advice/further testing on that.

I personally felt 2C-E had more of a stimulant push than mescaline, but then again I'm really sensitive to anything that releases serotonin, so it may have been more a serotonin issue than an actual stimulant issue. I did a large-ish dose of 2C-E on the day I bought a bike for the first time in years; even though I was fairly out of shape and on 2C-E, I was still able to ride my new bike for most of the day without any heart/circulation issues.

I would say 2C-E is more stimulating than mescaline, about as stimulating as LSD, and less stimulating than an actual stimulant like amphetamine. That's just my 2 cents, though.
