How soon can you take it Subutex ?

So, I use heroin (black tar) I ran out and cannot go get any because I’m out of town.
But I do consume subutex when I run out. I’m already starting to feel the starts of discomfort but I usually wait till I’m really sick. I’m going out with the family and it won’t be good if I wait. How soon can I take it? And if I take it to soon and go into precipitated withdrawals how soon would i feel the withdrawals ?
I just feel a lot of yawning, can’t stay still, and some type of inside body discomfort

Except the yawning the description you give is just my baseline feeling. I with drew from Alcohol 3 weeks ago and it surfaced after the physical symptom's faded. Heroine I have never taken but I am guessing you took it daily, but how long and how much?

Recently after consuming quite some o-DSMT and a script of Oxycodone in a short period ( a few months ) there were no signs of WD's to speak of. So length of use def plays a role. Same goes for my Kratom addiction years ago, a taper would leave me with almost no residual WD's. Can you get Kratom? Great landing gear without the risk of precipitated WD.

Luckily stopping Opiod's doesn't pose the same health risks as stopping GABA-drugs. But they are not nice to have during a family gathering I can totally relate to that. You get stressed out way too much from interaction and appointment's. I wish you the best but know nothing about Buprenorphine so I leave that to the pro's.
Can't you cancel the diner? Make up a excuse or something if needed.

I know the position your in Iv been there myself, best to wait till your in moderate wd. The point beyond the yawning water eyes ect. Typically when that weird anxiety feeling in your chest becomes permanent your good to take it, and when you take it start small 1-2mg and see if you feel better or worse in a hour if you don’t feel worse take a little more and wait another hour keep moving your way up, that way if you do take it to soon the pwd should only last and hour or 2

Precipitated withdrawal is Just the worst i was basically crying for my momma literally , so wait till You really cant wait anymore and then wait some more

I'd wait 32-48hrs.


Also, don't jump balls in and take 8mg of bupe right away. Try 1mg and wait for a bit.

You'll have worse precipitated withdrawals if you jump into high dose bupe right away. Feel it out first. You can always take more bupe when you think you're safe from PWD.



People's experiences vary greatly. I once went on an H binge for 5 days. It was good H.
And when I got back on my subs, I expected some PWD, but instead the subs put me down for a nap, which was weird.
I've had times where I'd get PWD and some times I wouldn't. So you never truly know until you're in the absolute worst throes of H withdrawal.
