How should i confront my parents about this?

I'm lost here.... what did you want to confront them about?

Basically i know they keep eavesdropping on me but there scared im gonna get angry if they ask and my mom denied it it when i confronted her that day on xanax so i dont know how to confront them about them eavesdropping i know im not experiencing psychosis and that the adderall was causing paranoid feelings to an extant but its worse everytime my parents keep doing this. I dont know how to tell them to stop for fear of being wrong even though the facts are obvious so i keep trying to lie and convince myself that im wrong

It appears that stims are making you paranoid and it's not healthy for you to be holed up in your room all the time. You should talk to your doctor about the wheezing but I really doubt they can hear you breathing through the air vent. Be truthful with him about the adderall's effects and perhaps there is a different medication that would help you better.
