All the boy I have ever seen or got ahold of has always been tar or powder made from tar. I went out to San Antonio once and I ran into some people that supposedly could get some china white that was of quality but it never ended up coming through. How rare is it to find good white powder or even good powder that isn't 'cheese' (powder made from tar)?
