Is there a way to simplistically tell how all of these opiod antagonists work differently from each other, and ultimately, from heroin?

Those are all from the technical standpoints of it, but if you want to know like the difference in the high then I think that Oxycontin is basically the same feeling as you get from Heroin. Hydrocodone is not as euphoric I dont think and does not last as long. I also find that Oxycodone and Heroin are harder on your stomach than Vicodin, you get more nausea sometimes than you would normally get from a Hydrocodone dosage.
Most strong opiates (fentanyl, morphine and all the drugs you listed) have a significant effect on mu receptors, and this receptor interaction is responsible for their painkilling ability as well as euphoria.
