Opioids How often do you use a dose before you end up increasing it?

When you find an opiate dose that is just perfect, how many times do you find you use that dose before you end up increasing it a bit?

(it can be for any reason, such as: "wow, this dose isn't as effective as it was, I'll bump it up just a little" or "wow, this feels so awesome, I'll bet a little more would feel even MORE AWESOME!!!)

Me personally, it varies, but on average, maybe 5 times using at a dose and then increasing it.
