OxyContin 80mg every 8 hours
Dilaudid 8mg every 4 hours
Oxy-IR 10mg every 6 hours
How I take them:
However I damn well feel, like to wake up to 24mg Dilaudid IV, followes by oxycodone throughout the day (orally/insufflated) and another 24mg Dilaudid IV before bed with my temazepam for a good night's rest.
