How much time do you guys wait before smoking cigs or doing drugs after a workout?Common wisdom says that a minimum of an hour should pass after you exercise to be safe to have a smoke,because of the lungs being "particularly open"(or something like that) at that period of time.Is that true?
Also,is there a same safety measure about smoking/doing drugs before exercising?Or are there any particular kind of drugs that you especially avoid
around exercise hours cause you consider them extra harmful?
