that's the fucked up thing about fentanyl, suboxone doesn't really cover it. Suboxone for fentanyl is like 3-4 days of precip withdrawals. The detoxes have a hard time controlling the symptoms, maybe because they don't give out methadone anymore.

I've seen dudes in detox have a literal seizure after being given 16mg of subs for a fentanyl habit.

Yeah. This right here is the truth. Fentanyl and their analogues have longer half lives than most people believe.

I personally would be in acute withdrawal for 100 hours or more and take a tiny piece of sub and would immediately be in the worst precipitated withdrawal you could ever imagine.

This drove me to cold turkey my way out. This was just over 12 months ago now.
