Specifically of "Naproxen Sod 550 tabs." Says "take one tablet twice daily." What harm could taking three daily cause?

read the back of an advil bottle; it will probably tell you the max daily dose. or ask your doctor. or google it.
i doubt 3 would do any significant acute damage.

It's not Advil... Advil's ibuprofen. NSAIDs (like Aleve) are a different medicine and treat your pain different. Forget *how* but they're different.
It's also prescription. Doesn't have an upper dose on the bottle. I can't call and ask. I've tried Google.
I doubt three would either, but you never know.
Oh, also, is it possible to get a tolerance to NSAIDs? 'Cause the third one doesn't seem to have worked. (No, I'm not going to take a fourth, lol).

yup, my bad. you are correct. though the are both NSAIDs.
why can you not call and ask? haha, your doc wont think you are abusing.

i thought about it for a second. you probably can't call because it isn't your script. then i guess this is the place to ask. hopefully someone who knows the max daily dose will be on here soon.
