Stimulants how much is too much?

hey guys,
this is my first post on this site so be gentle. Im a 20 year old male who has been using meth and speed since i was about 16 years old. started back the buying a point of meth on a saturday before going to a house partys and the usual 16 year old shenanigans after this period of my life i had tried GHB extasy cocaine and other pshycodelics, About four months ago i was made redundant from my job with a big payout and so i started my little buisness selling where i could, now two weeks ago on my birthday bought an 8 ball (3.5G) that lasted me two or three days until i smoked nearly a quarter of bud and about 8 mg of xanax. two days later i purchesd another gram and its pretty much snowballed from there,, as i write this i finished smoking me and some freinds went through 2 grams i also just swallowed about 4mg of zannys..... cutting to the chase i just thought as a new member id share my story and am really interested to how much other users go through:D:D

After 60 or so mg of Dexedrine I know I just increase my chances of full blown panic attacks, even if spread out over 2 days. Call me a pussy I don't care, I'm paranoid about my heart.

I know meth is not always pure, but d-methamphetamine is 3x more potent than d-amphetamine. So what the guys above me is saying is you could probably get away with like a 50th of what you're using if its good shit and you let your tolerance go down a bit.. The amounts you have been doing are presumably very neurotoxic and can't be good for your heart at all.

I used to inject a gram a day or more. I ate and slept regularly. I quit without any major issues. But I spent about $6,000 in a month and a half. Crystal meth is bad news bears man. I had to check myself into the mental hospital to get off it. Slept for three days then was fine.
