how much is too much?

I have been taking e's for a about 4 years now.. maybe more.
Went a little overboard with them for a 1.5-2 year period...
but I have slowed down... but that luvd up feeling seems to have diminished somewhat..
recently, had a ck.. (or 2) and while my friends were out there hugging everyone, I was stuck to the couch.. (content but not what I'd call in 'extacy')
anyone have the same experience?

Get ya self a decent pill. Those supermen I had where pure love cuddle puddles.
But yeah a break will do the world of good. Try doing something totally non-related for a couple of weeks. Then kick off bigtime.
