Assuming the search feature works, do a search for APAP toxicity (sp?). Give it a bit, as it seems kinda slow. AFAIK, an acute toxic dose is around 8-10 grams, but depending on personal habits and current health, it can be lower. Chronic ingestion of 5-6 grams a day prolly isn't too good for you either. But if you are thinking of swallowing a few vics, just eat em, and don't drink any booze. OTOH, if you have a bunch of T-1/2's, go to coldwaterworld.com and learn about the cold water APAP extraction. Come to think of it, there is prolly some good info on APAP toxicity. Oh, and obviously, if you space your doses out through the day, it is less harmful than if you take it all at once.

With Lortab 10s, with a low-moderate tolerance, you'll overdose on the Hydrocodone before you'll overdose on the tylenol.

So I have another question. How much is too much hydrocodone? I am pretty experienced with it. Sometimes take up to 60 mg's a day, throughout the day not all at once.
