ok well this weekend i hit the coke really hard i mean twice as hard as i usually do. about 3 grams to myself in 2 days. well wanted to know how much would it take to actually od. one other thing anyone ever have their nose start to burn like really bad and wouldnt stop for about 2 hours?

There really is no way to tell how much is too much, too many variables, quality of the shit, your personal tolerance, etc... 3 grams in 2 days really isn't that much, now don't go out and get super crazy when I say that, I'm going by MY experience, but it's pretty safe to say in general that that amount won't kill you.
You gotta guage it like any other substance, when you drink, you feel when you are drunk and then you decide whether to pound that last beer, soemtimes you puke, but the point is, you know when your body is full. My advice is to do as much as it takes for you to get high and then go from that.
My nose never really burned from coke, usually it got kinda numb and then by the end of the night really stuffed up.

It pretty hard to OD from snorting coke...if you are IVing it that is another scenario altogether. But presuming you are only snorting it, and you don't have any major health/heart problems, you can take alot before you will OD -- probably up to around 10 g a day (and there are people who have had even worse habits). Of course, I don't recommend pushing the limit like that....but 3 g over two days is NOT that much at all.
As for your nose, it shouldn't burn, if it does your coke has a nasty cut in it...a little soreness is common but "burning" shoudn't happen.

Good coke shoudn't smell like kerosene...but yes, I've had some that smelled like kerosene or like petroleum...in these cases find a better hook up!

Its not "cut" with it, but rather cocaine is often processed using strong solvents like kerosene etc. And, though it may be a personal high, 1.5 grams per day is not really that much. And 2 grams IV? Wouldnt 1 gram IV kill someone?

The orignal question was for snorting coke, I dont think we were talking about the amount for IV'ing. That would be a different story altogether.
i watched a doco saying that the coca was taken from the fields and turned into a paste before being cut with diesel they even showed happy village farmers doing it. They said the coke is then taken elsewhere and processed. i dunno ever since i saw that and whenever ive had coke here in australia its had that kinda smell and jsut thought to myslef mmmm diesel!!!! but i think the acetone is a better answer..... when it comes here they sell it small like that then rerock it and sell the rest weaker.
Oh and 3 g's over two days isnt much at all. That should be a good night out

Yes i am sure a gram ived could kill someone but at the same time it wouldnt kill others. It all depends on the person and there coke habits. I have seen 2 of my friends iv a gram of coke each and they were fine. So it all depends on the person.

i was getting coke for a while that smelled just like gasoline (because it is processed with diesel as cooker said). now everytime i pump my gas i think of that nasty coke. that coke made my throat burn really bad. so, as fairnymph said look for a better hook-up, cause im sure that is why your nose is burning.
