how much is gaba like ghb?

I am aware you can get gaba in capsules from gnc. From what i understand it turns into ghb in your body. How much do you have to take for like a feeling of a cap or gram of ghb? Any help would be great.

GABA is gamma-aminobutyric acid
GHB is gamma-hydroxybutyric acid
GABA is the primary inhibitory neurotransmitter in the human brain; GHB works by mocking it.
amino groups are basic (positively charged at certain pH, low electron density) and hydroxyl groups are acidic (negatively charged at certain pH, high electron density)
which ends up meaning this:
GABA won't cross the blood-brain barrier so it really wouldn't feel like GHB if you ate half an ounce of it.
