how much codeine can you take in one day

How much codeine can I take in 1 day? I did a CWE of 100mg in the morning and it was good then I did it in the noon again (100mg) and it only gave me a buzz for like 20min and itching worse than the first 100mg. Why? I'm guessing I shouldn't take more because it'll be too much. Should I rather have taken the 200 at the same time?

IIRC the ceiling is about 400mg. Never recreationally taken codeine, so I'm not familiar with dosages.

Try 250 at a time. Its a weak opiate. Just kidding codeine is a very itchy opiate.

no more ceiling dose talk! You can take as much as you want so long as you don't die.

for someone who is opiate naive 100mg should do the trick, as for the second dose, well codeine is pretty weak, the best dose is always going to be the first one of the day so if you want your second dose in the day to be as good, then up the dose to 150mg for the second one.

It's around 400mg as mentioned. Itching is a sure sign that you're fully under the influence of that drug. You're fully high from it. The level of euphoria codeine provides might not be adequate for you.

Titrate up. Dont believe in ceilings but they say 400? Well maybe a little more i would go with but by then maybe time to take a break.
