So all the stores near me only sell DXM with other drugs in it, I could not find anything with only DXM. I got some with acetaminophen in it, but don't want to take enough to be harmful. How much acetaminophen will cause significant liver damage?

Tylenol is the absolute most dangerous drug!

PLEASE do not take a chance with Tylenol in any kind of a high amount.
It is SO not worth it.

Liver Failure is so fucking painful that you cannot even believe a human being could stand that much pain and still be conscious at all!
It can kill you and if it doesn’t, you will be begging for death. It is a slow, agonizing, horrific way to die.

Find some pill form of the DXM and cold water extract out all the Tylenol.
There are directions on here about how to do that. It is easy and fast.
It is so worth getting the Tylenol out my friend.
trust me on this please!

I never want another person to experience Liver Failure.
It is beyond your worst nightmare!

4g is the maximum recommended dose per day. So I think going above that is playing with fire.

That's in the us mind you.... everywhere else it's 3g.... honestly that's kind of over doing it... not really something you wanna deal with
