Opioids How many poppy seeds are needed?

I'm wanting to try poppy seed tea. Does it really take about 500grams of seeds? Isn't that A LOT of seeds?

I'm new to these forums so forgive me if this next question isn't aloud, but is anyone aloud to tell me where I can get Papaver Somniferum seeds online? If your not aloud to say, can you tell me what to look for when I buy some online?
