how many mg's of suboxone is equal to 15mg of methadone

I'm assuming you spent some time making that adjustment, though, not like you made the jump from 130mg - 30mg in one day? Cause I'm thinking that the switch from that high of a dose of methadone to any dose of suboxone is going to be pretty difficult if you don't spend a long time lowering the methadone dose first (or spend a good week or so of cold turkey before starting the buprenorphine)...

Actually I did make the jump from 130mg to 30mg in one day. I had to wait until I was going through full blown withdrawals before switching and for a day and a half I was just puking. Nothing more but puking every step I took. It was an awful, awful day.

Huh, ok. Well, not sure if that makes me feel better or worse...
just a few days of regular withdrawal from methadone I'll take no problem (started yesterday/today), if that's all it will take to jump onto suboxone... sometimes yeah, sometimes no, but I keep playing with that line.
Shoot, one day of precipitated withdrawal, I guess I'd eat that too. What I hate is when I get thru the first day of precip withdrawal, then spend another week in ordinary wd "adjusting" to suboxone.
Oh well, no point guessing at hypotheticals... I'm not in for anything I didn't put on the table and gamble in the first place. We'll see! =D
