It seems like I never nod out.

I took about 20mg of oxy with no tolerance and I just feel high and warm but I never nod out... I'm kind of confused about this so can someone sum this up for me? I'm high as of right now. lol

That is like asking; How long will it take me to burn if I go out in the sun!
There are so many different factors to consider we couldn't give you a definitive answer as all our bodies are different. I would suggest taking your normal dose that you take to get high, then slowly increase every 30min-1h until you reach where you want to be. If you have no other opioid tolerance then it shouldn't take many more for you to nod out.
I would suggest doing this with a friend just to be safe.

Take Care please

dont take any more just enjoy ur buzz u don't need to nod out. Oxy is more of a stimulating high rather than a nod out hi.

^^ both of these are the best answers. I would have said them both. I find if I'm tired and I take my meds I am not tired any more. I would nod in the beginning and when my body was use to the substance no more nod unless I forced my self to sleep.

There is no set ammount that everyone nods out on Oxy, everyone is different with different tolerances. For you it takes 20mg, for me its takes 10x that amount, tolerance plays a huge factor.

Increase your dose by 5-10mg every 45min until where you want to be, and don't combine it with anything stupid like alcohol or benzos.

This is silly, we don't encourage the abuse of narcotic pain medication, this is a harm reduction focus forum and there's no HR value to a dick-sizing post like this.

The problem with these medications when abused is that there is a fine line between nodding and overdose, so please tread carefully. Start low and go slow, increasing your dose slowly (a process known as titration) until you're where you want to be. Do not mix CNS depressants.
