How many mg MDMA in one capsule?

So a little capsule thats filled a bit more than half full and weighs 150 mg total with the shell.
The substance inside turns the Marquis reagent black almost immediately with a little fizz.
How many mg of actual mdma are in the capsule?

Why not just weigh the separately and see? I know most capsules weigh usually between 80-100mg

Yeah, there isn't really any way to know without weighing either the MDMA or the capsule.
