how many days does it take to reduce oxy tolerance to half.

my tolerance to oxy was 10mg five years ago, now I have to take 30 mg for the same effect.

How many days do I have to wait for my tolerance to go back to 10mg.

or let's just say half of what It was 15mg..

also is there anything I can do to increase this, such as may be running?

I am off right now because it just got to be too much. I started on 20s a few years ago. I do 40s now, and it went up to 2 40's so I just said fuck it and stopped. I have to get back to ground zero because I can't afford a bigger habit than this so I just stopped. I was sick a little but I wasn't using excessively so the detox wasn't terrible. I just stayed home and was sick. My nose is still fuckt up from it.

I have been off opiates for almost a year now. However, I have had a few encounters since then and I find my tolerance still very high. To reset one's tolerance, I would say you need to go at least six months to a year, without any opiate consumption, to get rocked off of 15 mg. It could be different for you, because I needed, [when I stopped], at least 80 mg of oxycodone to feel anything.

If your tolerance was 10mg five years ago then it's gonna be pretty hard to get down to 15 and have it be the same as 30. I would say if you waited 3 or 4 days though, you could probably do 20 and feel good, but you'd be back to 30 if you did it again the next day.
Yeah...tolerance sucks.

Once you build a significant tolerance to most drugs (certainly opiates, stimulants, and benzos), even if you take a long break, the tolerance comes back very quickly.

A "REALLY" long time. A long long long time. I don't believe there is anything you can do to speed up the process. Just don't take your DOC for as long as you can manage.

There's a bunch of posts on tricks of debatable effectivness for lowering opiate tolerance. Low doses of DXM, certain supplements, and stuff like that. Search for the appropriate threads.

(At least, unlike other classes of drugs, there are things that some people find help; that's not the case with all drugs)
