how long will it be in my system?

Hey so i know that this would be a topic for the drug testing section but it is closed for me so i figured asking here would be the next best thing. I was just wondering how long i should wait to be safe for taking a urine test for a job. The drugs taken are mdma mda and since it was in pill form most likely amp/meth. Also is there any way to quicken the process of flushing it from my system?
