How long until 10mg of naltrexone wears off??

I had 6 yesterday at about 11am and then 2mg at 10pm and 2mg again at 4am... Now I just wanna have a taste! Anyone know? Only can find info on larger amounts that say around 24hrs... Cheers!

you're on naltrexone for a reason, that taste could lead right back to what got you on naltrexone in the first place, really want to risk it?

They seem like low amounts your taking, is that what's perscribed? I was on 50mg a day when I was on it though that was for alcohol and not opiates...A smaller amount is still going to be broken down at the same rate, the half life is 4 hours so (approximately) 4 hours after your 6mg dose you'll have 3mg in you, another 4 hours you'll have 1.5mg, another 4 hours .75mg etc etc...but you've redosed so that changes things. I don't know how little naltrexone is needed to block opiates effects, once you know that you can figure round about when you can get high again...

give it a day or so mate, but yeah naltrexone you're on for a reason - if you have no intention of staying off opiates, perhaps you'd be better suited to a maintenance program?

If alcohol is the reason, try to work it so on a day you decide to take opiates (pre arrange that day) you missing dosing of naltrexone and just dont drink whilst ur on opiates.
