How long to wait between 2C-I and MDMA

I'll most likely be consuming approx. 20mg 2C-I later today (first time). I consumed MDMA approx. 3 weeks ago and will probably do so again in a couple of weeks.

Is it necessary to treat the 2C-I today as if I am consuming MDMA, and therefore wait a month before consuming MDMA in order for my serotonin levels to come back to normal?

I've read that 2C-I causes a relatively low amount of serotonin release relative to MDMA, but I'm just wondering if spacing a couple of weeks in between should be okay.

Thanks!

i think you will be fine. 2ci dont really cause much tolerance amongst themselves and they are rather distant to mdma if i remember correctly so a few weeks appart should be fine and dandy.

id be more worried if it was just a few days between them

yeah you should be fine. I havent seen 2c-i's serotonin release, dopamine release levels etc, if you have a link to that id love to see it! But its not very close to MDMA from my experience, much more of a pure psychedelic so you wont see too much tolerance. And while I always feel hungover or down after a night of MDMA, I dont feel much of anything the day after 2ci. A week should be fine.

I did MDA the night after a 35+mg 2ci experience and it was just as sassy as ever.

Thanks for the replies. I found 20mg a to be over-stimulating, if ever I do it again I will most likely take a lower dosage. I also didn't expect it to have as much psychological depth as it did.

@sackynut: Here is a link that compares monoamine release/re-uptake of 2c-i to other substances: http://www.drugs-forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=136169

When I tried 2c-I the one time I took MDMA the day after, Took more than 0.6 of a gram over the day and was complaining about how lackluster it felt. there is certainly cross tolerance
