Benzos How long to keep Diazepam sublingual?

Hi,
I have organ issues (peptic ulcer and something's wrong with my spleen, liver/pancreas or gall bladder). I have to get it checked out soon)
So I have to go the sublingual route.
How long to keep Diazepam sublingual?

I believe that only Lorazepam works sublingually, and oral Diazepam is fairly fast acting (an hour peak plasma). If you are really desperate for immediate relief, crush it and dissolve with a few mils of water, draw it up in an oral syringe and do a rectal administration...

I take sub-lingual sometimes. It takes 5-10 minutes for the tab to dissolve under the tongue and the effects are felt fully 10-15 minutes after that.
