how long should you have in the gym before trying any juice?

I would steer clear of the juice as long as you are still improving in the gym.

If you plateau for a few months and switching up your routine doesn't help, then consider steroids.

Also be at least 20.

Also, you cant gain 6 pounds of muscle in a month.
 
I posted to SUNTHATSHINES a few days ago wjen he asked how to gain 10 pounds in 3 months,said he needed for modelling show...was 6' and 150 lbs..thats 67kg or so...,mate not to be rude but your a rake.and to put on 6 lbs in a month of lean muscle???? Then why you asking about 10 lbs in 3 months?

Diet is so fucken important..and PCT, with the pct, have them before starting the cycle...not starting with plans to get them..

Ive done stupid courses.made some real nice gains,only to crash once off the gear and fade away.The feeling on the geat is great,when people notice gains..but the crash afterwards..when u loose the size,have no natural tes production. It can be very depressing.

The gear you get is a big factor in all this too.In my opinion,pharmaceutical preferably,then vetenary if u must,and underground lab gear if you cant except the fact theres mo gear about.. This is for oz only,and my opinion only..the vet idea may sound fucked up,but id hate to know whats in the UG gear
 
IMO you should beleast 25 years old, 5years of serious weight training and be at 15% body fat or below.

Also educate before you medicate
