Opioids How long should I wait before I take a suboxone?

I started Suboxone today as well as Kaiser's CDRP program.

This is the first time I have ever started treatment on my own will, because I really do want to quit heroin; I'm tired of waking up dreadfully sick every fuckin day, to where I cannot function at all. If I can do some school work than it's a goddamned miracle.

Anyways, they started me on 4mg, twice a day. Yesterday I used about .6 of black tar, intravenously. Today I did not go into pre. withdrawals.

But today, sadly "good fortune" came my way..... and I ended up with a half a gram of H for free. The temptation was too much, so I shot it. (By the way, this is AFTER I had taken 4mg of Suboxone)

Felt a small baby rush, but the nod was still the same strength. Weird that I still got the same high pretty much.

Anyways the last shot I did was about an hour and a half ago. When should I be safe again to take a sub?

I am 218 pounds, age 19, uuuuuhhhhh what else? I dunno any other physical shit to list.

Oh and lastly, I deleted 2 of my dealers numbers (the ones I get opis. from) and I felt very guilty and depressed for shooting up (the FIRST time that has EVER happened to me). I don't want to be a junkie anymore, I want to be clean.

When can I start my subs again?

Wait until you are sick.....you might think shit is bad but trust me compared to PW....it's not.

You might sneak by a little earlier due to already having taken some bupe before shooting more heroin but it's really not worth counting on. Personally I wait well over 12 hours,closer to 24.....having done PW once is a hellofa motive.

When you're in moderate withdrawals some ssy 24 hours but as the above poster said when you are sick.

You wait until you are in moderate-full withdrawal, whenever that is for you. Some people have to wait 24 hours, some people 12, some people 36+. Everyone is different.
