How long should dried cactus last?

Hey guys, about 9 months ago i prepared some san pedro cactus by cutting it up, drying it and blending into a fine powder, which i then put in capsules (about 60 caps) with an estimated content of 500mg mescaline total.

I haven't had a chance to take them yet and it's already been 9 months. Any ideas on how long it should last for without degrading? it was properly dried and the capsules should be pretty well sealed but not totally. Thanks

Essentially forever. Mescaline is extremely stable, as are most phenethylamines. You have nothing to worry about.
