I've used the search engine but can't fine exactly what I am looking for. So here's my story...

I've been taking Norco 10/325 for mostly on and sometimes short periods off for about 3 years.. My problem is that I don't really feel the good effects from it anymore. I can take up to 75mg in a single dose and it still doesn't do much at all for me. I've tried crushing them and then swallowing them for faster and quicker onset but still I don't get those good feelings of euphoria or rushes anymore. How long would it take for my tolerance to go down to there 20-30mg got my feeling great like it used to? Crushing more than 60mg to fine powder and taking it as a shot will give me slight nods but no euphoria.

I don't want to keep taking 10+ a day because I don't want to mess up my liver, nor do I want to take it if I am not going to achieve the effects I want. Please tell me how long I need to come off them to drop my tolerance considerably. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

anywhere from a few weeks to several months, but don't expect your tolerance to remain low for very long... once you gain an opioid tolerance it will come back much easier next time you start using.

Considering how long you've been using them, it will definitely take some time. I'd say around 3 weeks to a month but even then when u start up again your tolerance will likely go right back to where it was after only using a few times. Thus the shitty side of opiates...

Here's how it was for me... When i quit I was deep into it... Like 800 mg of oxy a day. It was doing the same thing as ur describing, nothing but make u tired. Quit cold T for a little over a month. (Which seemed like eternity!)
When I would dose back up, 2 norcs felt pretty strong for me. But if u start back up using consistently, you will climb rather fast! Hope that helps...
