How long does it take you to feel sick?

I was just wondering on average how long it takes diffrent people with diffrent habits to feel w/d?
For me when it comes to heroin id say prob 6 hours after my last use.My habit is/was around 2 to 3 buns a day (around $300)
Now for xanax im still not so sure. I can go a few days without it and all i feel is a really strong craving to take it.When it comes to xanax i take max 2mg a day and usually only at night.
I would like to see how other people feel when it comes to this.

with benzos i feel kinda shitty the first day i go without--difficulty sleeping, tight jaw, and whatnot. i think a lot of that is wanting to feel like i did yesterday, not WD. by the 2nd day, i feel sick. i never let it go past that.

After my last dose of Klonopin it takes about 24-36 hours before I start to feel withdrawals (insomnia, muscle pains, restless leg, shakes). After my last dose of OxyContin it takes about 18 hours before I start to feel the sickness coming on.
