How long do you sleep at night?

i used to sleep like the dead. one time i slept for i think it was 20 hours and i wasn't all that rooted at the end of it, now i'm talking in my teens.

nowadaze i sleep between 6.5-7.5 hours each day. any more than that and i feel like crap.

my sleep patterns were all over the place in my teens and through most of my 20's. that is until i got my annoying deviated septum fixed. since then, i've slept like i never thought possible.
 
7-8 hours or I feel like absolute shit the next day. I can survive on less, but definitely cannot pull all nighters. i used to do that so much back in the day that i think my body is just done with it forever. i never sleep past 9 or 10 am even if im sleeping in though. i can't stand waking up and feeling like the day is halfway over. it's so depressing.
 
I usually like to get about 7 hours of sleep a night. Any more and I just feel tired and groggy all day. If I go through a time where I'm having trouble sleeping I usually try and get more exercise during the day.I usually can't smoke weed, or drink alcohol two hours before bed. I read somewhere that you technically shouldn't eat anything before bed either. Apparently if you do, your body is still digesting the food and cannot rest.

it's probably too much.

Althought night is day time for me alot of the time, since I work nights, so maybe that's why, it might not be as solid a sleep as if I took it at night time.

I believe that alarm clocks are the devil, and I don't get up or out of bed until I have to bounce out of bed because I can't stand lying there anymore, can't lay still, must get up and jump around.

I sleep 6-8 hours a night. I can go on just 6 hours and feel just fine. Usually beyond 8 hours, I feel like shit.

Transcendence, try eating light meals at night and at least two hours before sleeping. Works wonders in getting you up easier in the morning, without heaviness as well.
 
5-htp is awesome for sleep.. usually get anywhere from 6-9 hrs sleep a night.
Weird dreams for some but works wonders for me :)

Agree with those saying alcohol results in a shit sleep esp after a few hours.

How many mg do you take for a good sleep bro? (not for me obviously, since I sleep 10 hours anyway, it's for my friend)

100 mg is a good amount, but it would make more sense to take melatonin, because that's what 5-htp is ultimately converted to.
 
since i'm on winter break i've been getting about 10 hours usually. during school i usually get 7-8 hours, a lil more on weekends. i love sleeping late :)
