How long do the SSRI effects last from Tramadol?

I'm curious to know because i'd rather not waste my last Vyvanse(prescribed), and I've heard SSRI's blunt/nullify the effects of the vyvanse

EDIT:: I do not plan on mixing them, I had taken the tramadol last night

The two will interact but if you're prescribed both by the same doctor I see no reason to hold up. One won't blunt the effect of the other.

Good choice on not mixing them as it will lower the seizure threshold for tramadol. As for the SNRI effects they shouldn't last much more than a day if the tramadol was a one time thing. If they are being Rx'd in combination, I would just check with your doctor or pharmacist.

thanks bronson, thats exactly what i needed to know :)

Also the Tramadol was RXed quite a while before i ever got on Vyvanse, I just saved some from the old script

I'm sure no doc in their right mind would ever RX two drugs in combination that both lower the seizure threshold.

Yeah I was wondering the same thing, I take lamictol so I'm not too worried about seizures but I just didn't want to risk serotonin syndrome if that's even possible
