How long do Opana ER withdrawals last?

I have been on 3 a day of opana ER 40 Mg for just over a year now. I lost my insurance, so I couldn't afford to fill my prescription. I used the 3 a day up until the day before yesterday. It's been about 1 to 2 days since my last dosage. Yesterday I didn't take any, and I was somewhat ok. But last night I couldn't sleep, and today other symptoms started: muscle and joint pain, exhaustion just from walking to the bathroom, flashes of hot then cold. But the worst is this restlessness, I feel like I have to constantly move my arms or legs or something. Can anyone tell me how long these symptoms will last? I've read some other reviews which said the worst will end within 3-4 days, is that true? Other people said it could last up to a month. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Withdrawal from short acting opiate such as yours peak at 3-4 days and from there usually gets better every day quite fast. If you can get some prescription medicines clonidine and neurontin/lyrica will help a lot for you symptoms, perhaps a benzo for insomnia too. Magnesium may help especially with restless legs so if you want to take something thats what I would try as its readily available.

Other than that the withdrawal is pretty intense but not too long, just hang on. Youll be a lot better in a week.
