Misc how long do i have to take Ssri medicine to cause Serotonin syndrome when taking dxm

I have only took it like 3 times on and off for the past 3 weeks.how long do I have to wait?

You've taken 3 doses of your SSRI in the last 3 weeks? Like, literally 1 pill per week? I'd be shocked if it's even doing anything. How long ago was the last dose, and which SSRI? The half-life of most of the SSRIs will be around 24-36 hours, with sertraline being an oddball at like 3-4 days.

which ssri, how long have you been using that ssri.

Fluoxetine and about 3 days ago and only 3 weeks

O and I only took it that much because I kept forgetting to take it.

So what do you guys think,should I be able to take 300 mg tomorrow.
