How long are the effects of 1 tab of acid noticeable?

Recently got a tab of acid, and was wondering how long the effects are noticeable by others for? And would an 8 hour window be sufficient for the trip?

up to 12 hours usually. 8 should suffice but I wouldn't schedule anything too heavy or important until you can fit some sleep in.

The primary effects of LSD last for 6-8 hours.. For many people there is an additional period of time (2-6 hrs) where it is difficult to go to sleep and there is definitely a noticeable difference from everyday reality, but which is not strong enough to be considered 'tripping'.

IME, it takes about an hour to to quick in and it may last up to 8-12 hours.

Depends on the dosage of your tab. The shit ones we get around here are only about 50 micrograms each, so when I take just one it's more of a mild buzz and lasts around 8 hours or so, but the bulk of the high is gone in about 6, the last 2 are just kind of floaty.
