Stimulants how long after taking Tapentadol do i have to wait before i can do meth?

So I took 200mg of Nucynta about 9 hours ago and i know it's also an SNRI and opioid. I don't want serotonin syndrome since meth releases dopamine noreperine, and serotonin and tapentadol blocks the reuptake of some of those. So when am in the clear to use meth without risk of seizure or SS?

Good advice, the half life is around 4-6 hours iirc, so you'd have to wait around 35 hours.
Iirc tapentadol has only weak effects on the reuptake of Serotonin, so 24 hours may be enough, but better stay on the safe side and wait 35 hours

Well it's been 22 hours, I took one hit of meth just to test how i feel. I won't be truly getting high till later today
