How long after taking seroquel should I wait to rake MDMA?

I have been taking 200mg. of seroquel (not XR) at night for a little over four months. I wanted to take some pure MDMA soon at which point I will not have taken seroquel for about 45-48 hours. I would like to know if this is enough time for the seroquel to not interfere with the MDMA. I've read some posts and there seems to be mixed reviews on how long seroquel stays in your system and even if it would interfere with MDMA. Others I have talked to have said its really good so I don't want to mess it up. Any thoughts?

Why were you on seroquel?

Quetiapine half life is 6 hours.. it shouldn't take more than a few days to be out of your system..

But quetiapine (seroquel) is used for alot of reasons that don't mix with MDMA..

I am curious and second the OP. Am on an extended release seroquil as well. Quetapine does effect 5ht1a and b i believe.

This pharm the way prescribed builds up in the system. Im going to give it 48hrs w out a dose when i try
