How long after my last Maintenance Daily-Dosage of 40MG of Methadone Increasing to 50 maybe 60 MG definitely getting more than 40mg a Day tm when I see my Clinic Doctor.

THE QUESTION BASICALLY IS how long after taking a 40MG Dose can I snort some Hydromprhone to ge to get a Good High and do you think 18MG Snorted Hydromorphone Dilaudid is to little or too much for my 40mg Methadone not even enough I need mroe than that should I acquire to get more More Opioid Pills to get a high and rid of Withdrawals when I pop MDMA in the morning and take my usual Methadone dosse later at like 6pm. I wan't to have a Clear Head and Hydromorphone is like tge Quickest one of the Strongest-Acting Opioids that will get Rid of Withdrawals and get Me High also.


i Plan to take 4 Weeks from now if all goes well I will Kee you all Posted on the Progress and any USEFUL Information in Replys in Greatly Appreciated or even just a Quick thought you got in your Head you wan't to Reply that is Cool also. If you're on methadone, snorting hydromorphone isn't gonna give you a "good high", it's a waste of your time because your opioid receptors will be full of methadone for days.
 
40-50 mgs is right on the line of being a dose that makes it virtually impossible to "get high" on other opioids. It would most likely take a dangerously large dose of hydromorphone to "cut through" the methadone dose. Either take the methadone or use the hydromorphone on another day.

There's no HR value in discussing getting high on other opiates while on methadone, other than to say, "It's dangerous"...

To answer your question, depending on your metabolism and individual physiology, it takes 12-36 hours before you can use other opiates and get the full effect that you normally get from a typical dose for you...but the methadone will raise your tolerance, if your methadone dose is higher than the equivalent dose of whatever other opioid you were using...Choose one or the other
