Stimulants How long after DXM safe to take ritalin?

I've taken 120mg dxm at 7am this morning and want to take a ritalin later this afternoon. This is a rather low dose but enough to feel it. Would it be safe taking a 54mg pill once no more dxm effects can be felt? Say by 1pm or 6 hours later?

That should be reasonably safe since the DXM dose was relatively, assuming you aren't on additional medication.

You don't need to wait, I was using this combo (18mg Concerta/XR methylphenidate + 100-150mg DXM) for months with no bad effects. Eventually it became overwhelmingly stimulating and I had to stop because of some physical sides (heartburn, never found out whether it was actually stomach acid or the heart, the sensation was centered, not in the left) but otherwise it was a great combination, giving me shitloads of endless energy. Also would say both potentiate each other.
