How important is foreplay for women?

Can it be the difference between her having one orgasm maybe vs having multiple ones? Is dirty talk enjoyed by most or barely any women? What type of foreplay is your preferred technique? Thanks for any and all answers

If foreplay is omitted then in my opinion your partner is not going to enjoy themselves. Just because a guy can get hard almost instantly doesn't mean that it's the same for women and a good lover knows and respects this.
I like dirty talk during sex but during foreplay the easiest way for me to get aroused is:
Kissing, nipple play, oral sex, anal stimulation, fingering and heavy breathing in my ear - all depends on the individual though

If think foreplay is an important part of healthy psychology between partners. I find that it can certainly make sex more enjoyable for both.
That being said I don't think it's just women who want/need foreplay for happy sex lives.
As a male in a sex deprived relationship, I can say that sex can be really bland (more like elaborate masturbating really) if the people involved lack foreplay or displays of passion.
Sex to me is a LOT more than just sticking it in another person's hole
