I
have tried potentiating with white grapefruit juice quite a long time ago but found the increase in effects a bit too negligible, so I didn't really bother with it again after that.
I'm probably gonna go buy some groceries later today, so I guess I'll buy a grapefruit of both colors so I can, as you suggest, try it with the fresh fruits, but I don't have very high hopes. Unless it boosts the effects tremendously, I won't bother with it again after this one try, as I really don't like the taste of grapefruit all that much.
I'll buy a white grapefruit and a red one, if the red one potentiates it decently as well I might do it more often as they are far better tasting than the white ones. The white ones are just far too bitter for my taste, so it'd require a big difference between the two's efficacy though (if I deem their potentiation worth it at all anyway) for me to opt for the white grapefruits in the future if I choose to keep using them for this purpose.. The red ones aren't
too bad I guess, IIRC anyway. Been a while since I've had some, as it's just not a fruit I am very fond of. Could be I won't like the taste of either. And honestly I'd rather not potentiate my banjos if I have to eat a piece of fruit I can't stomach before hand every day, unless it like doubles the efficacy

.
But thank you for the tip matey!

Though I seem to recall grapefruit doesn't work for every benzo, right? What about bromazepam? Since that remains my maintenance benzo. The only reason I'm not on bromaz right now is because my doc is on vacation and I forgot to ask for a benzo script the last time I was there (stupid, I know, it's not like I ran out early or anything of the sort.. I just forgot to ask for it.
