Beat it like it owes you money.....

I space out a LOT more now than I used to :P Only way I can combat it is to keep a very low profile Mondays and especially Tuesdays after a big weekend.
And for that reason, everyone at work seems to think I had a shit weekend, since I seem to be in a such a foul mood.
But little do they know

Enjoy

mona is right about ginko biloba, it certainly helps in regards to short term memory los.............taken regularily with vitaminB12 and 6 , i really noticed an improvement!!!!

iv been taking E's for a year now, and have noticed a slight memory loss only in peoples names, just cant seem to remeber anyones name lately.
Appart from that, fitness hasnt changed, call me crazy, but if i have a "quiet" roll the night before (quiet being, not going to a club/rave/party, but just kicking it back with friends), i tend to really really really enjoy going for a good 2hour cardio work out the day after.... *shurgs* Like i said call me crazy.
True story: after Hardware16, came back home at mid-day after 4hours of "scattertalk", had a shower, then sat infront of the computer and managed to write out a 3,000 word essay on antidescrimination law from scratch in that whole afternoon and got 76/80 for it!!!!
the only problem was while typing it was that every now and then i would waste 5 or so minutes at a time dancing in my room, just to get the "bug" outa me :P

i take ginko biloba too... but i havent really noticed much of a difference.... am i supposed to take more than it tells me to?

I've been taking e's for about 2 years now ...a relative late starter..
I don't think my memory has really suffered, and in the past year we have being doing mid weekers and a lot of each weekenders. Hopefully, we can go back to just special occasions or once a month.
I don't think the drugs have really affected my job; it's more the week after if you've had a really good pill(s) life just doesn't seem rosy enough - I mean, hell, surely there's more to life than just working 40+ hours a week... I want to PLAY, PLAY, PLAY! I have been taking CoQ10 co-enzyme Q10 which is also said to assist peripheral circulation/energy levels.

is taking e affecting my school work? jesus, i'm on the net now talking about it when i should be writing up this fucken essay that's due tomorrow!
but seriously, i've been taking it for about 2 and 1/2 yrs and i guess the only main probs i have with it is in regard to hazy short term memory and that usually recovers after a period of abstinence. think i might try ginko biloba tho, i didn't know it can help u think.
cosmic_seadog, do u think maybe the reason u feel out of breath is due to all the smoke u probably passively inhaled whilst u were out? (just a suggestion!

) i do a martial art too, however i don't compete, but reckon i'm pretty fit and haven't really noticed any loss of breath or muscular strength (my 0.02c worth!)

i take inbetween 6 and 8 g of ginko biloba a day!!! you have to take it regularily, and will notice effects after about 4-6 weeks..........well, it works for me anyway!!!

I can't remember a lot of important stuff that I should from the past year. I think this has something to do with drugs but also it may have to do with my chaotic lifestyle and lack of sleep.
Maybe also because theres not enough room up there for a degree and the names of everyone I meet at parties!
