How good are at home test kits?

I've always wondered this. I know that sending a pill into a lab is the best and most accurate answer you will get. But for the home test kits, doesn't a certain color mean several divverent things. ie dark purple can mean mdma mdea or mda. That really would not help me out at all. Basically I want to have a way to tell that my pill is 100% mdma and bonding agent, nothing else. Is that possible to do at home?

Wow. Have you considered that it might save you from a trip to the emergency room? Yes, there are limitations to home testing reagents, but they are quite helpful in saving lives.

So you live in a country where you can send a pill to a lab for testing? Well Yay! for you. Please use it.
The other 5.7 billion of us have to put up with home tests, and yes they have their flaws but it's all we've got...

Why can't you send a pill in for lab testing? As far as i know, all you have to do is mail it.
I just stick to reliable sources, so i know that whatever i get won't kill me, but they always vary in quality. Also, i usually drop at 1/2 increments. Do you think a 1/2 pill of something bad can kill me?

Oh sure, I could do that, and be sent to jail for trafficking an illegal substance thru international mail. I live in Australia, as do many people on this board. There are no labs we can send to within Australian, Dancesafe in America will not accept pills sent internationally, www.pilltest.com is not testing anymore due to lack of funds, and as I pointed out before, sending things overseas could get us arrested anyways...
